There’s a couple of things you might attempt to delete the entries in the list. This usually works, but for some people it just doesn’t work, the wrong addresses come back. Just look at it… what were they thinking with that popup dialog? Let’s start by first hitting the Windows key to pop up the start menu. Now use the right arrow key, and you’ll see that the Sleep button is highlighted. If you hit enter, your machine will immediately enter sleep mode. That’s only 3 keystrokes… not too bad. Notice how the current menu item is highlighted.

It’s also easier than resizing them before sending. On the Ribbon grab the Insert tab and click Attach File. Windows Explorer opens up. Select and double choose the picture you want to send in your email. *Note: you’re able to also drag and drop the picture into your email message.
