erase the Thumbnail Cache in Windows
Another possible fix is toremove your PC’s thumbnail cache.
SeveralReddit users reportedthat deleting this cache helped address the unexpected Roblox error.
Then, in the “Files to Delete” section, unlock the “Thumbnails” option.
This ensures that youdon’t remove everything using Disk Cleanup, only removes your thumbnail cache.
When your cache is cleared, try out Roblox again.
One way to fix these minor system problems is torestart your rig.
To do that, launch the Windows Security app on your PC.
In this app, navigate to rig Security > Core Isolation Details.
On the page that opens, turn off the “Memory Integrity” option.
In the “User Account Control” prompt, select “Yes.”
And that’s it.
Old operating system versions often cause issues because they develop bugs.
In this case, upgrade your system version to resolve your issue.
You’re now running the latest version of Windows.
Note that the app doesn’t delete your games when you uninstall it.
Here, next to Roblox, nudge the three dots and select Uninstall > Uninstall.
Toremove Roblox from a Windows 10 PC, go to tweaks > Apps.
Select Roblox on the list, click “Uninstall,” and choose “Uninstall.”
After uninstalling the app, head to theRoblox websiteto download and set up the app on your box again.
The reinstalled app should work fine.
