you could easily change the interval when data is saved to have it save more often.
This is useful if you’ve been having problems with your system recently.
Just punch the Office button in the top left corner, and choose “Word Options”.
Here you’re free to choose how often you want to save autorecover information.
Don’t make the interval too short, but it’s really up to you.
I changed it to 2 minutes for this example.
nudge the OK button when you are done.
