However, I notice each has their own unique use cases.

I personally use Custom Instructions to provide ChatGPT with more static information.

On the flip side, I use Memory tostore more dynamic informationfacts that are constantly changing.

Ideally, both Custom Instructions and Memory should work together to give you the most relevant and helpful replies.
