This will download the Media Creation Tool on your machine.

Then, throw in the mounted volume letter followed by the colon sign.

verify to replace E: and L: with your mounted ISO volume and USB Drive letter, respectively.
The process is going to take around 10 minutes to complete.
Once it is done, you might use your USB bootable drive to install Windows 11.
