Protecting children from inappropriate web content can be a difficult task.
Using Windows Live Family Safe Filter
The first thing to do is sign into your Live account.
If you don’t have one yet it’s possible for you to always create a new one.
You control all of the filter prefs from within your Live account.
you’re free to add parent and child accounts and filter them accordingly.
Maybe your 14 year old gets more access than say an 8 year old.
Of course being the parent …you get complete access.
Another great feature is the activity reports.
This way it’s possible for you to add certain sites in manually.
Also included in the reports is other system web access.
So while at work you might keep on eye on what they are doing at home.
This does not replace responsible parenting, but is a valuable tool to make it easier.
