Change the Notification Sound Using Control Panel

After that,start your computerfor the changes to take effect.
To begin, download the sound effects to your gear.

Then, select “Notifications” in the Program Events section and click “Browse.”
grab the downloaded sound effect and click “Open.”
Then, click “Apply” and “OK” to save the changes.
Now go forth and edit your Windows notification sound to your heart’s content!
