Traveling to a new place or just want touse a different time zone?

you could change your time zone in Microsoft Outlook on your desktop and the web.

Here’s how to make the change.

Select “File” at the top-left corner.

If you’re on a mobile phone,change your phone’s time zone, and Outlook will adapt.

In the app’s top-left corner, click “File.”

In the left sidebar, select “Options.”

Choose “Options” on the left.

You’ll see an “Outlook Options” window.

Here, in the left sidebar, click “Calendar.”

Scroll down the right pane to the “Time Zones” section.

Select “Calendar” in the left sidebar.

Then, smack the “Time Zone” drop-down menu and choose your new time zone.

Outlook on your system is now using your new time zone.

In Outlook’s top-right corner, pick the gear icon.

Select the new time zone from “Time Zone” and click “OK."

In the menu that opens, at the bottom, select “View All Outlook tweaks.”

In the “options” menu, choose Calendar > View.

When you’ve made your changes, at the bottom of the panel, click “Save.”

Choose “View All Outlook Settings” in the menu.

Outlook will now ask if you want tochange the meeting hoursto use your newly specified time zone.

it’s possible for you to update that by selecting “Yes, Update.”

Choose the new time zone and select “Save."
