Sadly, certain Fitbit watches,such as the Charge 6, are limited to YouTube Music.

You won’t be able to use Spotify with those devices.

Choose the “gear” image in the top left corner of the screen.

Choose your Fitbit watch from the list.

Typically, this screen lists your Fitbit watches that are currently in use, plus your phone.

Tap the big Spotify icon under the Fitbit menu.

Choose “options” on the Spotify screen.

Tap “sign in” and follow the instructions that follow to sign in to your Spotify Premium account.

Tap the Fitbit device image in the corner.

Now you’re ready to control music using your watch.

Controlling Spotify With Your Fitbit

you could control a variety of Spotify functions from your Fitbit watch.

Tap your watch on the Fitbit device screen.

This includes shuffling your songs, liking a track with a heart icon, and opening up a playlist.

If you swipe right in the Spotify app, you’ll see your eight most recently played playlists.

Spotify may also show playlists that were created for you based on your past likes and listens.

All you have to do to choose a playlist is to tap on its name.
