Otherwise, you may find yourself unable to reverse these changes.
Next, you’ll create a new value inside thatSystemkey.
Right-click theSystemkey and choose New > DWORD (32-bit) value.
Name the new value “DisableRegistryTools.”
Next, double-click theDisableRegistryToolsvalue to open its properties window.
At the prompt pop in the following command:
This command changes theDisableRegistryToolsvalue from 1 back to 0.

Both hacks are included in the following ZIP file.
Running the “Disable Registry for Current User” hack creates theDisableRegistryToolsvalue and sets the value to 1.
Running the “Enable Registry for Current User (Default)” hack sets the value back to 0.
Start by finding the MSC file you created for controlling policies for those particular users.
Double-click to open it and allow it to make changes to your PC.
In this example, we’re using one we created for applying policy to all non-administrative user accounts.
When you’re done, click “OK.”
