Facebook Memories include your posts, posts you’re tagged in, and other content.
Plus, it’s super easy to access.

Then, sign in to your account if you haven’t already.
After signing in, from Facebook’s left sidebar, select “Memories.”
If you don’t find this option, choose Menu > Memories instead.
In the future, to quickly access your Memories, bookmark theMemories page.
However, you’re able to always try the next day.
Facebook allows you to control what Memories you see and when you get notifications for them.
On the “Menu” screen that opens, choose “Memories.”
If you don’t find the “Memories” option, select “See More” to view it.
On the “Memories” page, you’ll see all your content from this day in the past.
To manage your Memories options, tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
And that’s how you go back in time using your Facebook profile.
