If the camera still isn’t working,update the camera’s driverand thenupdate your Windows computer.

If that doesn’t work,test your camerato ensure it’s functioning properly.

If it is an external camera, you could also considerbuying a replacement webcam.

To fix that, press Win+i to open options, and then head to Privacy & Security > Camera.

If the toggle for “Camera” is off, click it to turn it on.

Every app on your machine should be able to use the camera now.

Now, open Teams and start a video conference call to test if it works.

To fix this, you’ll have to go into the online window’s tweaks and grant it access.

In Chrome, go for the three-dot icon in the top-right corner and select “controls.”

Next, tap on Privacy and Security > Site parameters.

If you’re using Edge, smack the three-dot icon in the top-right corner and select “prefs.”

Head to Cookies and Site Permissions > All Sites.

tap the right caret icon next to “live.com.”

Selecting “Allow” will grant the web app access every time without asking you.

You should test whether other apps like Skype, Zoom, and Google Meets are using the camera.

To do that, close Teams and press Win+R to open Windows Run.

Then, launch Teams, and see if the camera is working.

You’ll have to jump in again and configure everything back to the way it was.

To reset Microsoft Teams, press Win+i to pop kick open the prefs app.

In the Reset section, click “Reset.”

Confirm your decision by clicking “Reset” in the popup.

If this doesn’t work, it could mean Teams is corrupted beyond repair.

To fix that, uninstall and then reinstall the app.
