The process is a little different on every version of Windows.
In Themes controls, click “Desktop Icon controls.”
We’ll show you where to find it.
First, right-tap on the desktop and choose Personalize.
When the Personalization controls window appears, select “Themes” in the left sidebar.
Then, click “Desktop Icon tweaks” under Related tweaks.
Uncheck the “Recycle Bin” box and click “OK” to back up your changes.
Note that you could also configure this from the Desktop Icon controls in Personalization.
Just right-pick the “Recycle Bin” icon on your desktop and select “Delete” from the menu.
That’s all you better do.
If you’ve removed or lost system icons on your desktop,you might restore them easily.
