The trick to doing this is by using a common feature of most forum software:thread subscriptions.
Additionally, they all required your email password, which wed like to avoid giving out.
If you dont already have a Google account, create one.
Once youre logged in, choose the Create a Blog link.
Give your blog an appropriate title and an easy-to-remember URL.
Your blog has now been created!
Head to the configs page for your blog.
Go to the Email & Mobile section.
Choose to Publish emails immediately, and enter some hard-to-guess secret words for the posting email address.
Make a note of the posting email address, as well be using it later on.
To lock down your blog, go to the Permissions section.
pick the Only blog authors radio button.
Ensure that in the Permissions section, the Anybody radio button is selected.
punch the Design tab at the top of the prefs page.
Your blog is now set up to accept posts via email!
The link should be easy to find when you view the main page of your blog.

Well show how to accomplish this in Gmail with a simple filter.
The first step is to set up a forwarding email address.
In Gmail, choose the options link at the top-right of the page.
Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab, and then choose Add a forwarding address.
Enter the email posting address that you chose earlier.
pick the confirmation link.
For safetys sake, you should delete this post.
Go to the Posting section of your blogs configuration, press Edit Posts and delete the confirmation email post.
Now youre ready to create a filter.
In the main Gmail interface, press the Create a filter link to the right of the search box.
Were going to filter based on the To field of an email.
Well use a sub-addressed address (user+tag@gmail.com).
Enter in this information, and hit the Next Step button.
You may wish to apply a label and archive it instead.
Click Create Filter after you choose.
Now any email sent to your sub-address will be posted on your blog and consequently your blogs RSS feed.

Now your hard work pays off!
Head to the forum you want to follow.
If you havent registered for the forum yet, then feel free to register with your sub-address.
If youve already registered, then look in your account options for a place to change your email address.
Enter in the sub-address.
Find the thread you want to follow.
Find it, and hit it.
Some give you different subscription options.
Choose whichever option you like!
It gets posted to your blog…
Which ends up in your RSS reader.
