The following procedures dont work if youve switched toOutlooks newer interface.

To do that, in your Outlook apps top-left corner, click “File.”

From the left sidebar, select “Options.”

On the “Outlook Options” window, in the left sidebar, click “Advanced.”

On the right pane, turn off the “Show Apps in Outlook” option.

stash your changes by selecting “OK” at the bottom.

Outlook will display a prompt that says you need torestart the appto bring your changes into effect.

You should only use this registry tweak if the above method doesnt work for you.

Making incorrect changes to your registry can render your entire system unusable.

To start the process, launch “Run” by pressing Windows+R.

Use the following name for the string:

fire up the newly-created entry by double-clicking it.

Select “File” in the top-left corner.

Enjoy using Outlook in its default appearance on your rig.

Choose “Options” in the left sidebar.

Disable “Show Apps in Outlook."

Select New followed by String Value.

Enter “False” in “Value Data” and select “OK."
