How to Restart a Windows Computer

Windows offers multiple ways torestart your PC.

The easiest of these ways is to use the Start menu to give your setup a reboot.

Do this by pressing the Windows key on your keyboard.

Click “Restart” in the “Power” menu.

In the “Power” menu, choose “Restart.”

Your machine will turn off and automatically turn back on.

In the “Start” menu, at the bottom-right corner, nudge the “Power” icon.

Select “Restart” in the “Power” menu.

Choose “Restart” in the menu.

Your machine will power off and then power back on again.

From the menu that opens, choose “Restart.”

Your Mac will display an “Are You Sure You Want to kickstart your machine Now?”

Then, click “Restart.”

The graphical method will vary depending on whichdesktop environmentyou’re using.

In the GNOME power menu, select “Restart."

In the GNOME desktop, opt for panel displayed in the top-right corner of your screen.

Then, click “Power Off / exit” button followed by “Restart.”

Press the power button.
