Does Reddit Let You See Deleted Posts?
Officially, Reddit doesn’t allow you to see deleted posts.
If you’ve never heard of it,the Wayback Machine is like a time machine for websites.
It crawls the web and stores the web pages it finds.
To use it, open a web surfing app on your gadget and access theWayback Machinesite.
If the service has a copy of the post, you’ll see a calendar.
Here, select a date and timestamp.
The highlighted dates are the days when the Wayback Machine has made a copy of the entered post.
On the screen that follows, you’ll see the Reddit post.
Keep doing this until you find the copy of the post that you’re looking for.
Google caches many websites and allows you to see those cached versions.
To do that, open a web internet tool on your gear and launchGoogle.com.
bang out the following command in the search bar.
Replace “URL” with the full link to the Reddit post and press Enter.
This gives the Wayback Machine or Google time to save it.
Posts that were removed quickly will not be available to see.
