Keychron has a winner with its newQ6 Pro keyboard.

At $210 fully-assembled, the Q6 Pro is a bit pricey.

That said, its not a perfect mechanical keyboard.

The K Pro Banana switches are factory pre-lubed with an early tactile bump.

The Q6 Pro also features Keychrons unique spherical-angle (KSA profile) keycaps that fit my fingertips perfectly.

I usedTypingTest.comto perform a one-minute typing test at medium difficulty.

Most likely, its a combination of all three elements.

I preferred using the keyboard shortcuts rather than the VIA software to customize the RGB backlighting.

Or, it’s possible for you to turn the backlight off completely with Fn + Tab.

you might switch up your keycaps whenever you feel like as well.

Theres a USB-A to USB-C adapter if your rig doesnt have a USB-C port.

It wasnt a huge deal for me, but it could be for some people.

The Q6 Pro keyboard is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.

On the back of the keyboard, youll find a switch to toggle between Windows and macOS systems.

Should You Buy the Keychron Q6 Pro?

There are more things to love about this keyboard than there are nitpicky disadvantages.

The only reason you shouldnt buy the Keychron Q6 Pro is if youre looking for built-in USB-RF support.
