It can be annoying when opening an tool and having to resize or maximize the screen.
To fix it all it’s crucial that you do is right-press the app shortcut and select Properties.
Under the Shortcut tab change the dropdown next to Run to Maximized.
Now any time you open that app it will be full screen.
