Here’s the fix.

Just hit Windows+I to bring it up and then nudge the “Accounts” option.

Hit Start, throw in “power options,” and then hit Enter.

In the “System configs” window, nudge the “Change configs that are currently unavailable” link.

Open “PC tweaks”, and then click “Accounts.”

From there, click “Sign-in options” on the left-hand side to get to the security options.

smack the “Change” button in the “Password Policy” section.

Clicking the Change button will allow you to stop requiring a password.

Expand the “Balanced” category, and then expand the “Require a password on wakeup” category.
