One of the new additions to Ubuntu 10.04 is the file syncing service Ubuntu One.

To start, we need to see to it that Ubuntu One isnt running.

fire up the System Monitor, in System > Administration > System Monitor.

In the Processes tab, look for anything that starts with ubuntone.

Select them, and click End Process.

Next, well get rid of the stored authentication token for Ubuntu One.

press Applications > Accessories > Passwords and Encryption Keys.

If a token for UbuntuOne exists, right-press it and select Delete.

Now we can remove all of the folders that Ubuntu One uses.
