Being able to share Access data with other applications is easier in Office 2010. initiate the Access table you want to export and pick the External Data tab.
In this example were using exporting to Excel so choose that.
From here you might also set up an Outlook task if you regularly need to repeat it.
Sometimes getting the data you need out of an Access Database can be a bit daunting.
