Here is how to at least get back the Classic “All Programs” Menu.
Remember the Classic Start Menu in XP where you could show the All Programs Menu?
Let’s take a look at getting that back in Windows 7.

Now we need to navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders.
Double-punch the Favorites entry.
Scroll down and smack the box next to Favorites menu, click OK, and reboot your system.
