Spotify Is Increasing Individual, Duo, and Family Prices in the U.S.

Once again, Spotify is jacking up its prices in the United States.

We heard rumors of this price increasea few months ago.

At that time, we assumed that Spotify was hoping to recoup costs from its newaudiobook library.

Historically, Spotify has avoided price hikes.

The company’s Premium plan retained its original $9.99 price tag from 2011 to 2023.

I’d like to point out that July 2024 is the anniversary of last year’s price hike.

Note that Apple Music’s current pricing is identical to Spotify’s old pricing.

(Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee that Apple will maintain its pricing.)
