You’ve already heard the news: Microsoft released Windows Vista Service Pack 1 yesterday.
So what does that mean for me, and how do I install it again?

First the installation process will be downloaded.
You’ll be prompted to start the installation, and then to accept the agreement.
Why Isn’t Vista Service Pack 1 Available for Me?
You’ll have best luck switching back to the Vista default theme before installing SP1.
you might still manually patch your theme with the uxtheme patch fromhere.
I highly recommend updating whenever you have some free time.
