UPDATE: 11/18/22
As of this week, Tesla has issued 18 recalls in 2022.
Today the NHTSAconfirmeda Model X recall over a passenger airbag problem corrected by a software update.
Earlier this month, a quick OTA update patched asoftware issue affecting power steering.
Most Tesla recalls are not hardware problems.
Tesla is certainly not the only one with a heavy list of recalls.
